Community Bank Signs MoU with Biztrade Ventures to Strengthen SME 360° Business Solutions
Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Biztrade Ventures Limited to strengthen SME 360° Business solutions across the country.
Under the agreement, Biztrade Ventures Limited will act as a strategic advisory business partner of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC., supporting the Bank’s CMSME portfolio from a comprehensive 360-degree perspective. The collaboration will focus on facilitating access to finance, inputs, advisory services, market linkages, buyer connections, business promotion, and structured loan arrangements. Through its digital platform, Biztrade will also engage CMSME entrepreneurs to support loan facilitation and business growth.
The MoU was signed and exchanged by Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge) of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC., and Mr. Mustafa Mahbub Hasan, Founder & CEO of Biztrade Ventures Limited, at the Board Room of the Bank’s Head Office. Also present at the signing ceremony were Shamsul Haque Sufyani, COO; Md. Tanjim Morshed Bhuiyan, CITO, Head of Digital Financial Service & Deputy Head of RMD; Dr. Md. Ariful Islam, Head of Corporate Banking & Head of Business (Branch); SK Perves Maraker, Head of Agent Banking, Foreign Remittance, SBU & Transaction Banking; Hossain-Al-Safeer Chowdhury, Head of SME, Sharif Hasan Mamun, Head of Agriculture, Md. Mamun ur Rahman, Head of ADC & Head of MD’s Coordination Team of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. along with Md. Atiqur Rahman, Technical Advisor, and Md. Sharif Patwary, Software Engineer of Biztrade Ventures Limited; among other senior officials of both organizations.
