National Integrity Strategy (NIS) in Community Bank Bangladesh Limited.
Community Bank Bangladesh Limited formed two committees for executing and implementing National Integrity Strategy (NIS) Plan as per NIS Guidelines of Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and subsequent instruction from Bangladesh Bank. One is ‘Ethics Committee’ and another one is ‘Integrity Strategy Implementation Cell’. The structure of these two committees are given below:

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. Integrity Award
5 EMPLOYEES OF COMMUNITY BANK BANGLADESH PLC. RECEIVED INTEGRITY AWARD 2022-23
Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. awarded the Integrity Award 2022-23 to five employees of the Bank in recognition of their integrity, good governance, and ethical code of conduct demonstrated in execution of their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
The awards were provided in five different categories. Mr. Masihul Huq Chowdhury, the MD & CEO of the Bank, received the award in Category 1 (MD & CEO to SEVP). In Category 2 (EVP to VP) Mr. Nabadip Roy, VP & Head of Treasury, Treasury Division; in Category 3 (SAVP to TO) Mr. Chandan Kumar Kundu, AVP, Board Secretariat Division; in Category 4 (Branch Managers) Mr. Lutfor Rahman, AVP & Branch Manager of Panchabati Branch; in Category 5 (Support staffs) Mr. Md. Reaz Uddin, Messenger, Operations Division received the awards.
The Board and Management of the Bank believe that the Integrity Award will encourage the employees to promote integrity, good governance in the Bank.
