Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. partners with NEC Express Limited
Dhaka, Bangladesh-04 September, 2025: Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. has entered into a strategic agreement with NEC Express Limited, a sister concern of NEC Money Transfer Limited, on recently at the Bank’s Head Office in Dhaka. Under this partnership, Community Bank will facilitate the collection of wage earners’ remittances through NEC Express Limited, enhancing the Bank’s remittance services.
The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge), Community Bank Bangladesh PLC., and Mr. Ikram Farazy, Chairman, NEC Express Limited (joined online form abroad). Also present from Community Bank were Mr. Shamsul Haque Sufyani, CAMLCO & Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Md. Ariful Islam, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Business (Branch), Mr. Mahmudul Aziz Mostazi, Head of Trade & Remittance, Mr. Adam Purification, Head of Treasury (Current Charge), and Mr. Md. Mamun Ur Rahman, Head of ADC and Head of MD’s Coordination Team.
From NEC Express Limited Mr. Md. Osman Goni, Country Manager, and Mr. Hafez Misbah Uddin, Senior Executive were also present at the event.
